Lunch:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Schlotzsky's Deli Greek Salad, White Pita Bread. Dinner:  Bread and Butter, Skinnylicious Turkey & Avocado Sandwich. Snacks/Other:  Low Fat Ice Cream Sandwiches - Vanilla Chocolate Combo, Navels Oranges, Pineapple, Sugar Free Hard Candy.
