Fat: 84.10g | Prot: 107.07g | Carb: 241.75g.   Breakfast:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, banana, peanut butter, Spreadable Butter with Canola Oil. Lunch:  Builder's Bar - Vanilla Almond, peanut butter smoothie. Dinner:  Bell Peppers, Butter, Colby Jack Cheese, Egg, Onions. Snacks/Other:  arbonne vanilla, banana, blueberries, Budweiser Light Lime Beer, utz pretzel.
