Fat: 23.33g | Prot: 111.58g | Carb: 220.78g.   Breakfast:  cinnamon, red pepper flakes, splenda, oatmeal, Original Egg Beaters. Lunch:  home style beef pot roast, apple. Dinner:  Daddy's Chili, kashi tlc fire roasted vegtable crackers. Snacks/Other:  Soy Latte (No Added Sugar), morningstar spicy black bean burger, fat free mayo, frank's wing sauce.
