Fat: 58.13g | Prot: 60.91g | Carb: 102.08g.   Breakfast:  Kefir, blueberry juice, lara bar. Lunch:  chicken breast, chicken broth, green beans, rosemary almonds, honey. Dinner:  carrots, little smokies, baby swiss.
