Fat: 58.13g | Prot: 60.91g | Carb: 102.08g.   Breakfast:  blueberry juice, Kefir, lara bar. Lunch:  chicken breast, chicken broth, green beans, honey, rosemary almonds. Dinner:  baby swiss, carrots, little smokies.
