Fat: 111.60g | Prot: 112.44g | Carb: 352.67g.   Breakfast:  Bananas , Coffee, Fish Oil, Milk (Nonfat) , Oatmeal, Peanut Butter, Whole Wheat Bread. Lunch:  Apples, Jam Preserves, Oatmeal Cookies (with Raisins), Peanut Butter, Salsa, Whole Wheat Bread. Dinner:  Chicken Wing, Grilled Teriyaki Chicken, Meatless Egg Roll, Pot Sticker, Sweet & Sour Pork, White Rice. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Covered Caramel Candy, Fish Oil, Gin, Hot Tamales Cinnamon Candy, Milky Way (Fun Size), Original Potato Crisps, Sourdough Hard Pretzels, Tortilla Corn Chips.
