Fat: 111.60g | Prot: 112.44g | Carb: 352.67g.   Breakfast:  Peanut Butter, Whole Wheat Bread, Coffee, Milk (Nonfat) , Oatmeal, Bananas , Fish Oil. Lunch:  Peanut Butter, Jam Preserves, Whole Wheat Bread, Apples, Salsa, Oatmeal Cookies (with Raisins). Dinner:  White Rice, Meatless Egg Roll, Chicken Wing, Pot Sticker, Grilled Teriyaki Chicken, Sweet & Sour Pork. Snacks/Other:  Sourdough Hard Pretzels, Milky Way (Fun Size), Original Potato Crisps, Chocolate Covered Caramel Candy, Gin, Hot Tamales Cinnamon Candy, Tortilla Corn Chips, Fish Oil.
