Fat: 174.67g | Prot: 146.60g | Carb: 355.01g.   Breakfast:  45 Calories and Delightful 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Butter, Coffee, Colby Jack Cheese, Fish Oil, Fried Egg, Sugar Cookies (with Margarine). Lunch:  Hamburger or Hotdog Rolls, Onions, Polish Sausage. Dinner:  Bacon, BBQ Ribs, Beef, Brown Rice, Butter, Caesar Salad Dressing, Cheddar Cheese, Dinner Rolls, Fried Plantain, Fried Ripe Banana, Grilled Chicken, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Mashed Potato, Pork. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Chocolate Covered Caramel Candy, Honey Nut with Whole Grain Cheerios, Milk (Nonfat), Raisin Bran, Sourdough Hard Pretzels, Sugar Cookies (with Margarine), White Icing.
