Fat: 56.83g | Prot: 68.19g | Carb: 144.46g.   Breakfast:  Almond Milk Original, dried apples, steel cut oats. Lunch:  Egg Noodles cooked, frozen spinach, mushroom, poached chicken breast. Dinner:  eggplant, frozen green beans, Italian Sausage, mayonnaise, Olive oil, Ragu Traditional Sauce, Rice thins Trader Joe's, wild smoked salmon. Snacks/Other:  dark chocolate with almonds cherries, Red wine.
