Lunch:  Portuguese soup, Romano cheese. Dinner:  celtic lite sharp cheddar Trader Joes, Egg Noodles cooked, frozen spinach, mushroom, pesto, poached chicken breast. Snacks/Other:  bananas, dark chocolate with almonds cherries, Fat free cottage cheese Trader Joes, Red wine.
