Fat: 67.17g | Prot: 63.54g | Carb: 176.31g.   Breakfast:  Grapes, Laughing Cow light, pineapple, Reddi Eggs, strawberries. Lunch:  broccoli, olive oil, Tofu firm. Dinner:  Chicken Gravy (Canned), I can't believe it's not butter light, salmon, spaghetti squash, sweet potato, swiss chard. Snacks/Other:  banana bread, Lindor truffle, spiced cranberry cider, white wine.
