Fat: 10.18g | Prot: 38.74g | Carb: 74.63g.   Breakfast:  coffee, mustard, picante sauce, shredded cheese, Southwestern Style Egg Whites, vegan burger. Lunch:  apple, cream cheese, picante sauce, ritz cracker. Dinner:  Amaretto, crystal light, vodka. Snacks/Other:  fiber powder, water.
