Fat: 1.14g | Prot: 13.26g | Carb: 20.95g.   Breakfast:  coffee, mustard, picante sauce, shredded cheese, Southwestern Style Egg Whites, vegan burger. Lunch:  baby cut carrots, propel zero. Dinner:  Crown Royal, Jager, propel zero, vodka. Snacks/Other:  fiber powder, water.
