Fat: 1.14g | Prot: 13.26g | Carb: 20.95g.   Breakfast:  mustard, vegan burger, coffee, picante sauce, shredded cheese, Southwestern Style Egg Whites. Lunch:  propel zero, baby cut carrots. Dinner:  vodka, propel zero, Crown Royal, Jager. Snacks/Other:  water, fiber powder.
