Fat: 1.14g | Prot: 12.26g | Carb: 25.95g.   Breakfast:  coffee, mustard, picante sauce, shredded cheese, Southwestern Style Egg Whites, vegan burger. Lunch:  propel zero. Dinner:  7 up, Crown Royal, crystal light, Jager, vodka. Snacks/Other:  fiber powder, water.
