Fat: 64.87g | Prot: 153.34g | Carb: 75.77g.   Breakfast:  egg, jimmy dean turkey sausage, oroweat 100% whole wheat bread. Lunch:  chicken, cucumbers, egg, knudson cottage cheese, light mayonnaise, mini peppers. Dinner:  cucumbers, green beans, Newman's Own Balsamic Vinigrette Light, red bell peppers, salad greens, top sirloin. Snacks/Other:  blueberries, cottage cheese, whey protein shake.
