Fat: 102.20g | Prot: 118.50g | Carb: 296.99g.   Breakfast:  4 FRUITS PRESERVES, Country Classics Buttermillk Bread. Lunch:  Italian Sausage, Macaroni or Noodles with Cheese, Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat). Dinner:  Apples, Baby Carrots, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Grapes, Green Peas, Italian Sausage, Pineapple, White Rice. Snacks/Other:  Boston Lager, Coffee, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Peanut Butter Cups (Miniatures).
