Fat: 50.97g | Prot: 71.98g | Carb: 165.52g.   Breakfast:  Coffee with Milk, Frosted Mini-Wheats Bite Size - Original, Reduced Fat 2% Milk. Lunch:  Steak Taco. Dinner:  asparagus, brown rice, Red Table Wine, salmon. Snacks/Other:  Slow Churned No Sugar Added Vanilla Bean Ice Cream.
