Lunch:  Fruit Salad, Salmon Maki, Salmon Sushi, Southern Tsunami Sushi Bar Fresh Salmon Nigiri, Soy Sauce. Dinner:  Apples, Bananas, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Mashed Potato, Pears. Snacks/Other:  Coffee, Crackers, Lowfat Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Sugar, Sweet or Dark Chocolate.
