Fat: 122.50g | Prot: 70.51g | Carb: 196.20g.   Breakfast:  decaffeinated coffee, Splenda. Lunch:  1/4 lb hamburger, cookie, diet pepsi, french fries. Dinner:  brussel sprouts, butter, olive oil, pork chop, red potato. Snacks/Other:  blackberry sauce, kettle chips, vanilla ice cream.
