Fat: 122.50g | Prot: 70.51g | Carb: 196.20g.   Breakfast:  decaffeinated coffee, Splenda. Lunch:  1/4 lb hamburger, french fries, cookie, diet pepsi. Dinner:  pork chop, red potato, butter, brussel sprouts, olive oil. Snacks/Other:  vanilla ice cream, blackberry sauce, kettle chips.
