Fat: 154.89g | Prot: 202.29g | Carb: 561.95g.   Breakfast:  Protein Juice Smoothie - Protein Zone, Coffee with Milk and Sugar, Raisin Bran, Turkey and Cheese Sandwich, Bananas. Lunch:  Tropical Trail Mix (Great Value), FiberPlus Antioxidants Chewy Bars - Chocolate Chip, Chocolate Fudge. Dinner:  Tiramisu, Chicken Marsala (Dinner). Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Fudge, Coconut Water.
