Fat: 55.46g | Prot: 156.39g | Carb: 178.28g.   Breakfast:  Coffee with Sugar, 2% Fat Milk, Orange Juice , Butter , Blueberry Bagel, Fully Cooked Bacon. Lunch:  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Blackened Fish Tacos. Dinner:  Green Beans, Mashed Potatoes, Grilled Pork Chop, Beer. Snacks/Other:  Panko Breadcrumbs, Yellow Sweet Corn , Salmon, Deli Fresh Oven Roasted Shaved Turkey Breast, Raspberries.
