Fat: 55.46g | Prot: 156.39g | Carb: 178.28g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Blueberry Bagel, Butter , Coffee with Sugar, Fully Cooked Bacon, Orange Juice . Lunch:  Blackened Fish Tacos, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables. Dinner:  Beer, Green Beans, Grilled Pork Chop, Mashed Potatoes. Snacks/Other:  Deli Fresh Oven Roasted Shaved Turkey Breast, Panko Breadcrumbs, Raspberries, Salmon, Yellow Sweet Corn .
