Lunch:  McDonald's Big Mac. Dinner:  Chicken, Chicken Stir Fry, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Firm Silken Tofu, Fried Egg, Hormel Spam Lite, Rice Noodles (Cooked), Trader Joe's Beef Tenderloin Stir Fry with Vegetables, White Rice (Medium-Grain, Cooked), Whole Foods Market Low Sodium Organic Chicken Broth. Snacks/Other:  Lay's Sriracha Flavored Chips, Sesame Wheat Sticks (Salted).
