Lunch:  McDonald's Big Mac. Dinner:  Hormel Spam Lite, Trader Joe's Beef Tenderloin Stir Fry with Vegetables, Fried Egg, White Rice (Medium-Grain, Cooked), Chicken Stir Fry, Chicken, Rice Noodles (Cooked), Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Whole Foods Market Low Sodium Organic Chicken Broth, Firm Silken Tofu. Snacks/Other:  Lay's Sriracha Flavored Chips, Sesame Wheat Sticks (Salted).
