Lunch:  Dim Sum Sticky Rice in Lotus Leaf, Fresh & Easy Pad Thai with Chicken & Shrimp. Dinner:  Fried Battered Oysters, Guinness Draught Stout Beer, Michelob Ultra Light Beer, Navidul Serrano Ham, Rice Noodles (Cooked), Sodexo Garden Salad. Snacks/Other:  Cafe Escapes Cafe Mocha, Ling Ling Pork and Vegetable Dumplings, Pork Fried Rice.
