Fat: 109.45g | Prot: 108.79g | Carb: 244.06g.   Breakfast:  Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg with Ham or Bacon, Croissant, King's Garden har gow, Hormel Spam Lite, Egg Roll with Beef and/or Pork. Lunch:  Stir Fried Vegetables, White Rice (Medium-Grain, Cooked), Chicken Wing (Skin Not Eaten), Popeyes Chicken & Biscuits Spicy Chicken Leg (Skinless & Breading Removed). Dinner:  Spinach, Chicken Stock, Egg, Pork Fried Rice, La Choy Asian Stir-Fry Vegetables, Dinner Rolls, Pepperoni, Victoria All Natural Fradiavolo Sauce, Cooked Mushrooms. Snacks/Other:  Hershey's Kit Kat Minis, Nutella Hazelnut Spread, Croissant, Dinner Rolls.
