Fat: 130.26g | Prot: 162.58g | Carb: 246.04g.   Breakfast:  hard boiled egg, stop & shop vegan burger. Lunch:  stop & shop vegan burger, wellsley farms cookie. Dinner:  baked eggplant, chicken, salad, ken's lite caesar, chicken broth, mushrooms. Snacks/Other:  keebler toasted peanut butter, tostitos, mixed nuts, m&m minis, goldfish, cheez-it junior, truffle, hummus.
