Dinner:  baked eggplant, chicken, chicken broth, ken's lite caesar, mushrooms, salad. Snacks/Other:  cheez-it junior, goldfish, hummus, keebler toasted peanut butter, m&m minis, mixed nuts, tostitos, truffle.
