Fat: 118.59g | Prot: 146.82g | Carb: 271.88g.   Breakfast:  chicken breast, chicken stock, green pepper, ground turkey, olive oil, white rice, zatarain's reduced sodium jambalaya. Lunch:  beef lo mein, omaha steaks hot dog, torpedo roll. Dinner:  calamari, vegetable pizza. Snacks/Other:  beef lo mein.
