Fat: 89.85g | Prot: 111.91g | Carb: 194.11g.   Breakfast:  ham and egg omlette, Italian bread, Italian bread, provolone. Lunch:  Bear Creek Gumbo, kielbasa, white rice. Dinner:  pork fried rice, chicken lo mein, shrimp, mixed veg, olive oil, lobster claw, chicken broth, tofu. Snacks/Other:  artichoke and spinach chips, keebler peanut butter toast, leff brune, G2, chicken.
