Fat: 128.98g | Prot: 153.20g | Carb: 223.81g.   Breakfast:  chicken pot pie, fried wonton, sriracha lay's. Lunch:  rice burger, roasted sweet potato, whole wheat bulkie, veganaise, Sparkling Tea. Dinner:  chicken breast, chicken drumstick, chicken wing, chicken leg, chicken thigh, salad, apple, gorton's fish sticks. Snacks/Other:  kit kat mini, egg custard.
