Fat: 146.77g | Prot: 179.48g | Carb: 284.94g.   Breakfast:  egg and ham sandwich, fried egg, pumpkin muffin, turkey sausage patty. Lunch:  baby corn, boneless pork, canola oil, chicken breast, chicken broth, mixed veg, pea pods, sliced bamboo shoots, sliced water chestnuts, small shrimp cooked. Dinner:  red velvet cupcake, salad, sausage, spinach pasta, tomato sauce, turkey meatball. Snacks/Other:  artichoke and spinach chips, chow mein noodles, keebler peanut butter toast, kit kat mini, m&m mini, ruby tuesday tilapia, tortilla scoops.
