Fat: 146.77g | Prot: 179.48g | Carb: 284.94g.   Breakfast:  fried egg, turkey sausage patty, pumpkin muffin, egg and ham sandwich. Lunch:  chicken breast, boneless pork, pea pods, canola oil, chicken broth, mixed veg, baby corn, sliced bamboo shoots, sliced water chestnuts, small shrimp cooked. Dinner:  spinach pasta, sausage, turkey meatball, salad, tomato sauce, red velvet cupcake. Snacks/Other:  chow mein noodles, kit kat mini, m&m mini, tortilla scoops, artichoke and spinach chips, keebler peanut butter toast, ruby tuesday tilapia.
