Fat: 150.18g | Prot: 143.99g | Carb: 196.49g.   Breakfast:  fried egg, turkey sausage. Lunch:  ranch dressing, celery, red pepper, cucumber, mcdonald's chicken nugget, pizza strip, tomato sauce, eggplant calzone, potato chips, spinach calzone. Dinner:  pork chop, chicken breast, egg noodle, mixed veg, wter chestnut, olive oil. Snacks/Other:  calzone.
