Fat: 150.18g | Prot: 143.99g | Carb: 196.49g.   Breakfast:  fried egg, turkey sausage. Lunch:  celery, cucumber, eggplant calzone, mcdonald's chicken nugget, pizza strip, potato chips, ranch dressing, red pepper, spinach calzone, tomato sauce. Dinner:  chicken breast, egg noodle, mixed veg, olive oil, pork chop, wter chestnut. Snacks/Other:  calzone.
