Fat: 167.03g | Prot: 197.64g | Carb: 217.35g.   Breakfast:  hash brown potatoes, vegetable omelette, garden salad, ken's lite italian, hummus, pita. Lunch:  lamb chops, beef taco , hot dog, hot dog bun, sauerkraut. Dinner:  grilled chicken, canadian ham, asparagus, olive oil, olive oil, pork sausage, egg noodles. Snacks/Other:  Lay's BBQ chips.
