Fat: 163.28g | Prot: 145.26g | Carb: 167.26g.   Breakfast:  reduced sodium ham, stop & shop bread. Lunch:  dried cranberries, dry roasted almonds, seapoint farms edamame. Dinner:  garden salad, grilled asparagus, marie's blue cheese, ribeye. Snacks/Other:  cashews, duncan hines red velvet cupcake , pork fried rice, scone, steak tip, stuffed clam.
