Fat: 135.27g | Prot: 200.85g | Carb: 358.65g.   Breakfast:  stop & shop bread, low sodium ham, turkey deli, provolone, great value sausage patty. Lunch:  Ed's Chinese chicken stir fry noodles, shrimp fried rice, beef lo mein. Dinner:  chicken drumstick, pea pods, stop & shop navy beans, water chestnut, mushroom, olive oil, sweet pepper, zatarain's reduced sodium dirty rice, ground turkey. Snacks/Other:  dark beer, 7-up, tortilla chips, salsa, dark beer, tomato sauce.
