Fat: 135.27g | Prot: 200.85g | Carb: 358.65g.   Breakfast:  great value sausage patty, low sodium ham, provolone, stop & shop bread, turkey deli. Lunch:  beef lo mein, Ed's Chinese chicken stir fry noodles, shrimp fried rice. Dinner:  chicken drumstick, ground turkey, mushroom, olive oil, pea pods, stop & shop navy beans, sweet pepper, water chestnut, zatarain's reduced sodium dirty rice. Snacks/Other:  7-up, dark beer, dark beer, salsa, tomato sauce, tortilla chips.
