Fat: 116.31g | Prot: 145.70g | Carb: 230.69g.   Breakfast:  ham and egg. Lunch:  chicken breast, potato, flour, 1% milk, mixed veg, olive oil, Original English Muffins. Dinner:  ground turkey, olive oil, green pepper, zatarain's reduced sodium dirty rice, garden salad, marie's blue cheese. Snacks/Other:  provolone, four cheese cheez-it, m&m mini, tostitos scoop, cheerios, chicken broth, bean curd.
