Fat: 125.42g | Prot: 175.16g | Carb: 280.24g.   Breakfast:  chicken drumstick, kit kat mini, mixed veg, olive oil, soy sauce, white rice. Lunch:  pork tenderloin. Dinner:  chicken broth, chicken pot pie, tofu, watercress. Snacks/Other:  fire roasted tomato triscuit, m&m mini, pretzel rod.
