Fat: 83.70g | Prot: 72.07g | Carb: 293.61g.   Breakfast:  Garbanzo Beans, Mangos. Lunch:  Carrots, Green String Beans, Cooked Spinach (from Fresh), Chicken Stock, Baked Potato (Peel Not Eaten). Dinner:  Sargento Provolone-Mozzarella Cheese Stick, Klondike Mint Chocolate Chip, Sunshine Cheez-It White Cheddar Crackers.
