Fat: 55.60g | Prot: 72.62g | Carb: 226.53g.   Breakfast:  Super Advanced Whey Protein - Chocolate, Special Dark Chocolate, White Cake with Icing (Home Recipe or Purchased), DJ Cereal Mix 2 (CF,CR). Lunch:  Peanuts, Dried Fruit Mix (GR,DC,DB), Good Health Energy Blend, Medleys. Dinner:  Mongolian Vegetables & Tofu, Brown Rice, Vegetable Spring Roll. Snacks/Other:  Code Red Mountain Dew (16 oz), Sugared or Glazed Chocolate Doughnuts, Cheese Puffs, Cheese Heads 100% Natural Light String Cheese.
