Fat: 55.60g | Prot: 72.62g | Carb: 226.53g.   Breakfast:  DJ Cereal Mix 2 (CF,CR), Special Dark Chocolate, Super Advanced Whey Protein - Chocolate, White Cake with Icing (Home Recipe or Purchased). Lunch:  Dried Fruit Mix (GR,DC,DB), Good Health Energy Blend, Medleys, Peanuts. Dinner:  Brown Rice, Mongolian Vegetables & Tofu, Vegetable Spring Roll. Snacks/Other:  Cheese Heads 100% Natural Light String Cheese, Cheese Puffs, Code Red Mountain Dew (16 oz), Sugared or Glazed Chocolate Doughnuts.
