Fat: 217.75g | Prot: 110.94g | Carb: 261.72g.   Breakfast:  apple pie McDonald's, bacon egg cheese McGriddle, coffee, hash brown McDonald's, Ritz cheese crackers. Lunch:  Mild Cheddar Cheese Shredded, snickers bar, T's Lowcarb Chili. Dinner:  coconut oil, Creamed Spinach, ground beef patty, pan fried, mushrooms. Snacks/Other:  Snickers Bar.
