Lunch:  Beef Top Sirloin (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Select Grade), El Pollo Loco Flame Grilled Chicken Wing, El Pollo Loco Pinto Beans, Skinless Chicken Breast. Dinner:  Panda Express Mixed Vegetables (Side), Panda Express String Bean Chicken Breast. Snacks/Other:  Maranatha Raw Unsalted Almond Butter, Trader Joe's Organic Gala Apples.
