Fat: 52.94g | Prot: 60.75g | Carb: 210.39g.   Breakfast:  butter, thomas everything bagel thins. Lunch:  lean gourmet broccoli cheese chicken. Dinner:  Broiled or Baked Breaded or Floured Pork Chop, Roasted Redskin Potatoes, Asian Medley Seasoned Vegetables. Snacks/Other:  Veggie Chips, triscuit cracked pepper, Chewy Trail Mix Bars - Dark Chocolate & Nut.
