Fat: 65.21g | Prot: 56.47g | Carb: 187.20g.   Breakfast:  great value milk, ihop sugar free, great value belgian waffle, iced coffee mocha light. Lunch:  rotisserie chicken, rice pilaf. Dinner:  Patty Melt. Snacks/Other:  cheez its swiss, banana, Special Dark Chocolate Bar, toasted almond fudge.
