Fat: 65.21g | Prot: 56.47g | Carb: 187.20g.   Breakfast:  great value belgian waffle, great value milk, iced coffee mocha light, ihop sugar free. Lunch:  rice pilaf, rotisserie chicken. Dinner:  Patty Melt. Snacks/Other:  banana, cheez its swiss, Special Dark Chocolate Bar, toasted almond fudge.
