Fat: 88.67g | Prot: 72.53g | Carb: 152.37g.   Breakfast:  American Cheese, Brown 'N Serve Beef Sausage Links, Butter, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Egg (Whole), Sugar Cubes, White Bread made with Whole Grains. Lunch:  Crunchy Cheetos, Italian Style Wedding Soup, saltine. Dinner:  chocolate sundae crunch bars, Steak'um Pizza.
