Fat: 50.19g | Prot: 90.53g | Carb: 177.22g.   Breakfast:  milk, protein powder, sweet whey, half and half, banana, almonds, coffee, Activia Light Fat Free Peach Yogurt, frozen berries. Lunch:  Turkey Chili. Dinner:  Beef Shortribs (Lean Only, Choice Grade), Fettuccine. Snacks/Other:  Red Table Wine , McVities Chocolate Hobnobs , Champagne.
