Fat: 36.51g | Prot: 90.08g | Carb: 200.52g.   Breakfast:  milk, protein powder, sweet whey, half and half, banana, almonds, coffee, Activia Light Fat Free Peach Yogurt, frozen berries, milk, Special K Red Berries Cereal. Lunch:  Cheese Sandwich. Dinner:  greek yogurt, pork tenderloin, onions, flour tortillas, grape tomatos, olive oil, bell pepper. Snacks/Other:  Edy's Fruit Bar No Sugar Added, Red Table Wine, Skinny Cow Low Fat Ice Cream Bars - Chocolate Truffle, Frozen Margarita.
