Fat: 51.21g | Prot: 120.90g | Carb: 199.58g.   Breakfast:  milk, Coffee, protein powder, sweet whey, Cream (Half & Half, Fat Free) , half and half, banana, Activia Light Fat Free Peach Yogurt, frozen berries. Lunch:  Tilapia (Fish) (Cooked, Dry Heat), RiceSelect Arborio Risotto. Dinner:  Chicken Stock, mixed olives, red wine, lamb shank stew, polenta, cherry tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  Crunchy Granola Bars - Oats 'N Honey, High Life Beer, Mini Babybel Original Cheese, Mini Babybel Light Cheese, Red Table Wine, Champagne, Schwan's Chocolate French Silk Pie.
