Fat: 51.21g | Prot: 120.90g | Carb: 199.58g.   Breakfast:  Activia Light Fat Free Peach Yogurt, banana, Coffee, Cream (Half & Half, Fat Free) , frozen berries, half and half, milk, protein powder, sweet whey. Lunch:  RiceSelect Arborio Risotto, Tilapia (Fish) (Cooked, Dry Heat). Dinner:  cherry tomatoes, Chicken Stock, lamb shank stew, mixed olives, polenta, red wine. Snacks/Other:  Champagne, Crunchy Granola Bars - Oats 'N Honey, High Life Beer, Mini Babybel Light Cheese, Mini Babybel Original Cheese, Red Table Wine, Schwan's Chocolate French Silk Pie.
