Fat: 50.95g | Prot: 103.83g | Carb: 178.62g.   Breakfast:  Activia Light Fat Free Peach Yogurt, almonds, banana, coffee, frozen berries, half and half, milk, protein powder, sweet whey. Lunch:  Brown Rice (Medium-Grain, Cooked), Capers, Onions, Pork Loin (Tenderloin, Lean Only). Dinner:  Bell Peppers, Chicken Stock, Grape Tomatoes, Green String Beans, leg of lamb, maya kaimal, Olive Oil, Onions, whole wheat couscous. Snacks/Other:  Crunchy Granola Bars - Oats 'N Honey, Red Table Wine , Skinny Cow Low Fat Ice Cream Cones - Vanilla with Caramel, Stonyfield Farm Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt Blueberry.
