Fat: 50.95g | Prot: 103.83g | Carb: 178.62g.   Breakfast:  milk, protein powder, sweet whey, half and half, banana, almonds, coffee, Activia Light Fat Free Peach Yogurt, frozen berries. Lunch:  Capers, Pork Loin (Tenderloin, Lean Only), Onions, Brown Rice (Medium-Grain, Cooked). Dinner:  Green String Beans, Chicken Stock, Onions, leg of lamb, Olive Oil, Grape Tomatoes, Bell Peppers, whole wheat couscous, maya kaimal. Snacks/Other:  Red Table Wine , Crunchy Granola Bars - Oats 'N Honey, Skinny Cow Low Fat Ice Cream Cones - Vanilla with Caramel, Stonyfield Farm Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt Blueberry.
