Fat: 47.74g | Prot: 87.67g | Carb: 189.73g.   Breakfast:  milk, protein powder, sweet whey, half and half, banana, almonds, coffee, Activia Light Fat Free Peach Yogurt, frozen berries, poached egg, wheat bread, I can't believe its not butter, Orange Marmalade . Dinner:  beef short ribs, Scalloped Potato. Snacks/Other:  Red Table Wine, Whiskey, Zabaglione, High Life Beer.
