Fat: 41.85g | Prot: 87.42g | Carb: 152.81g.   Breakfast:  milk, protein powder, sweet whey, half and half, banana, almonds, coffee, Activia Light Fat Free Peach Yogurt, frozen berries. Lunch:  Homemade Parmigiana - Eggplant. Dinner:  asparagus, white wine, tilapia, brown rice. Snacks/Other:  Session Lager, weight watchers toffee crisp, Thin Mints.
