Fat: 63.41g | Prot: 80.87g | Carb: 213.28g.   Breakfast:  milk, protein powder, sweet whey, half and half, banana, almonds, coffee, Activia Light Fat Free Peach Yogurt, frozen berries. Lunch:  angel hair pasta, avocado, olive oil. Dinner:  turkey rice soup. Snacks/Other:  Crunchy Granola Bars - Oats 'N Honey, hershey mini, beer, Red Table Wine, Honey Greek Yogurt.
