Fat: 56.30g | Prot: 58.03g | Carb: 143.18g.   Breakfast:  KM Fully Cooked Turkey Burgers, Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked), Wolferman's Wild Maine Blueberry Miniature English Muffins, Land O'Lakes Spreadable Butter with Canola Oil. Lunch:  Kellogg's Special K Original Cereal, Yoplait Lactose Free Yogurt - Cherry. Dinner:  persian stew Ghormeh Sabzi. Snacks/Other:  Wasa Multi Grain Crispbread.
