Fat: 83.90g | Prot: 123.73g | Carb: 232.08g.   Breakfast:  Eggland's Best Hard Cooked Peeled Eggs, KM Jalapeno Cheddar Sausage, Land O'Lakes Spreadable Butter with Canola Oil, protein shake kathy murphy, Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked), Wolferman's Wild Maine Blueberry Miniature English Muffins. Lunch:  Kellogg's Special K Original Cereal, KM HEB Lactose Reduced Fat Milk. Dinner:  apple, small, Kind Plus Almond, Walnut, Macadamia Bar + Protein.
