Fat: 83.90g | Prot: 123.73g | Carb: 232.08g.   Breakfast:  protein shake kathy murphy, Eggland's Best Hard Cooked Peeled Eggs, KM Jalapeno Cheddar Sausage, Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked), Wolferman's Wild Maine Blueberry Miniature English Muffins, Land O'Lakes Spreadable Butter with Canola Oil. Lunch:  Kellogg's Special K Original Cereal, KM HEB Lactose Reduced Fat Milk. Dinner:  apple, small, Kind Plus Almond, Walnut, Macadamia Bar + Protein.
