Fat: 65.53g | Prot: 131.63g | Carb: 146.68g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Cereal, Greek Yogurt, Pure Premium 100% Pure & Natural Orange Juice (No Pulp), Skim or Nonfat Milk (0.5% or Less Butterfat), Strawberries, Whey ISO Burst. Lunch:  Caesar Salad with Romaine, Chicken Breast, Garlic Bread. Dinner:  McDonald's McDouble. Snacks/Other:  Stella Artois Beer.
